Other Degree Programs

Penn Law offers five degree programs:  JD, LLM, LLCM, SJD and ML.

Three of the degree programs: LLM, LLCM and SJD come within the Graduate Programs umbrella.  All of these programs require at least a first degree in law (and more for the LLCM an SJD) and are designed for foreign trained attorneys.

The JD program is a first law degree and requires an undergraduate degree.  Although the program is open to international students, the majority of the class is domestic.

The ML program is designed for non-lawyers who are seeking additional knowledge to support their current or future work, but are not necessarily interested in practicing law. Master in Law degree. It enables students studying and working in related fields to expand their knowledge of law and legal principles.
