Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania's Expungement Clinic

The Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania is looking to partner with
attorneys and firms interested in participating in an upcoming clinic
aiming to do the following: provide the Latino community with
information about the expungement process, screen residents for pro
bono representation, and assign pro bono cases to volunteer
attorneys.
Volunteer attorneys must agree to represent, on a pro bono basis, at
least one client. A two-hour training will be scheduled for a
week before the clinic, with an exact date to be announced shortly.

The Robert Bosch Foundation Fellowship Program is a distinguished
transatlantic initiative that offers fifteen accomplished Americans the
opportunity to complete a comprehensive professional development
program in Germany. The Bosch Fellowship is comprised of three main
components: customized work placements, professional seminars, and
German language training.
Deadline: November 1, 2014. Must be a U.S. citizen, have a

University Names Its First Female President (Business Insider 9/30/14)
Following in the footsteps of our alma mater Penn (which counts
outstanding female leaders among both its current and most recent university presidents) and
other Ivies, Cornell University yesterday named political law expert
Elizabeth Garrett, currently the USC Provost, Vice President for
Acadamic Affairs, and Frances R. and John J. Duggan Professor in the
USC Gould School of Law, as its next President. When Garrett
takes over in 2015, half of the Ivy League universities will be led by
