This panel of leaders will share their thoughts on how women attorneys
can develop and hone their leadership skills in spite of the inherent
biases that make it difficult to establish an authentic female style
and a robust network for success. Hear advice on how best to pursue
leadership roles in the law, the important role of mentors and
sponsors, and projecting confidence and business acumen while dealing
effectively with conflict – all while managing gender dynamics. Learn how
you can pay it forward by becoming an effective leader, mentor, and
sponsor. During this program, panelists will discuss practical tips and
insights for success and how they have advocated for positive change
that has proven to make a difference in the lives of women attorneys
and public advocates, such as leave policies, flex-time, and
