Resource of Interest: BloombergBNA Internet Law Resource Center

December 12, 2012

Are you writing a paper about cybersecurity, online copyright, internet commerce, online freedom of speech, or any other issue that in some way concerns the internet? Be sure to check out the BloombergBNA Internet Law Resource Center, available to members of the Penn Law community through the library.

When you reach the home page of the resource, you can click on any of the tabs or buttons to search a more specific area of internet law. You can also browse the latest cases and other news regarding the various issues. Additionally, check out the BNA insights, which provide lengthier discussions and analysis of hot topics.

Students, note that you can also access much of this same material through your Bloomberg Law accounts*.  Under the Legal Analysis & News tab, you can access BNA Law Reports, Books & Treatises, and Legal News. The Internet Law Resource Center simply gathers and organizes the material in one place.

These are by no means the only resources for material regarding internet law. Be sure to check out other databases and secondary materials. If you have any questions, feel free to stop by the Biddle Law Library reference desk!
