Samuel Zusmann, Jr. Samuel Zusmann, Jr. Recently added to the National Bankruptcy Archives growing digital collection, is the oral history of Samuel Zusmann, Jr., recorded on April 26, 2014. Samuel J. Zusmann, Jr. is currently a partner in Holland & Knight’s Orlando office. He concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and workout law, representing creditors, debtors, examiners, trustees and creditors’ committees. 

Mr. Zusmann practiced in Atlanta for 35 years prior to joining the firm in 1989. He has been an active leader and frequent lecturer at the national level in the fields of bankruptcy and debtors’ and creditors’ rights. Mr. Zusmann received his B.A. from Emory University, and his J.D., with honors, from The University of Georgia School of Law.
