Stephen DeSalvo (3L) and Matt Lembo (3L) won the national championship of the 44th annual American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Giles S. Rich Moot Court.
The competition took place in Washington, D.C. before three Federal Circuit judges at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Stephen and Matt argued against the University of Utah.
They were both named best oralist and won best appellant brief at the national competition.
Stephen and Matt advanced to nationals by defeating the University of Houston in the semifinals and won best brief at the Southeastern Regional as well.
