This means that all of that employer’s offices with the [s] designation share that number of slots.

For example, Firm A requested 20 interview slots and specified that they want 10 of those slots (or 50%) reserved for candidates interested in the New York office and 10 of those slots (or 50%) reserved for candidates interested in the Washington office. In such cases, the number of available slots will show as follows:

Firm A LLP (New York, NY): 10
Firm A LLP (Washington, DC): 10

On the other hand, Firm B requested 20 total interview slots, but did not reserve a certain number or percentage of slots for any particular office. Such employers are open to interviewing any combination of students interested in NY and DC (e.g. 19 in New York and 1 in DC, or vice versa). The number of available slots for these firms will show as follows:

Firm B LLP (New York, NY): 20[s]
Firm B LLP (Washington, DC): 20[s]

Still other employers will have a combination of the above. For example, Firm C requested 20 slots for the New York office only, and 20 slots shared between the Washington, Boston and Miami offices. In these cases, the number of available slots for these firms will show as follows:

Firm C LLP (New York, NY): 20
Firm C LLP (Boston, MA): 20[s]
Firm C LLP (Miami, FL): 20[s]
Firm C LLP (Washington, DC): 20[s]
