Mia Fry L’21

Originally from Haverford, Pennsylvania, Mia received her B.A. in English from Williams College. She worked in higher education for five years after college, first as a consultant and then in the Provost’s Office at Dartmouth College. Mia’s interest in the barriers to access and affordability in the U.S. education system motivated her to pursue law school where she hopes to learn how the legal system can be harnessed to fight systemic inequality and injustice.

At Penn Law, Mia is an Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Affairs. She also serves as a Littleton Fellow. Mia has interned with the ACLU of New Hampshire, the Federal Community Defender Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and Pine Tree Legal Aid. Mia enjoys running, hiking, and trying out new recipes in her spare time.
