We are in contact with our peers and the judiciary to identify whether there will be changes to the current clerkship hiring plan in light of the constraints affecting both candidates and the courts, including the preparation and timing of application materials and the impact of the decision to implement Cr/F grades. In addition, many law schools (including most peer schools) have implemented a similar decision regarding grades so courts will be familiar with this change and our students will be evaluated under comparable standards as our peer schools.
