Amanda Webb L’16

Amanda Webb is currently a Staff Attorney at Georgia Legal Services Program (GLSP) in their Atlanta Office. She is the Advice Line & Brief Services Attorney for the Eviction Prevention Project. At Penn Law, Amanda pursued multiple interests focusing on poverty law and direct services. She participated in both the Transnational Law Clinic and the Interdisciplinary Child Advocacy Clinic. She was the Managing Editor for the Journal of Law & Social Change as well as Co-Chair of the Penn Law Students for Reproductive Justice group. She also participated in several pro bono projects including Custody and Support Advocacy Clinic and the Judicial Bypass project. During her 1L summer, Amanda was a Law Intern at Community Legal Services in Philadelphia. There she worked for the Public Benefits Unit. Her 2L summer she worked for the Women’s Law Project. After graduating, Amanda worked for Bronx Legal Services as a Housing Attorney in New York City before moving to Savannah, Georgia to work for Georgia Legal Services. Amanda has worked for both the Eviction Prevention Project and the Kinship Care Project at GLSP.
