Michael Kapoor

Visiting Entrepreneur at the Center for Technology, Innovation and Competition at Penn Law, Fellow at the Law School’s Center for Asian Law & Managing Partner at Propeller Government

Michael is an Entrepreneur In Residence at the Center for Technology, Innovation and Competition at Penn Law and Fellow at the Law School’s Center for Asian Law. 

He is currently a Managing Partner at Propeller Government in Washington, DC.  Propeller is a VC Fund based out of Silicon Valley that focuses on seed and early stage investments in sector specific technologies.

Before Co-Founding RootSquare and Founding Qubester, Michael was a career finance professional at Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo. 

Michael holds his BS in Information Systems and BS in Finance from the University of Maryland, Executive degree in Innovation and Design from the Sloan School of Business and is a VC Executive at the Haas School of Business.
