Policy on Resume & Transcript Accuracy

The misrepresentation of grades or rank in class on a resume or the alteration of a transcript is a violation of the Law School’s Code of Student Conduct and Responsibility. The Office of Career Strategy is charged with verifying the accuracy of grades, should a concern be raised. Misrepresentation of grades may result in a disciplinary charge being brought against the student. State bar authorities require that such charges and subsequent findings be reported to them at the time of the student’s application for bar membership.
