You should prepare for a remote interview the same way you would prepare for an in-person one. Do your research, network with attorneys, talk to upper-class students, attend virtual events, participate in a mock interview etc. Additionally, please see our tips for video interviews here.

Be sure to visit the Researching Employers page, which provides many resources available to you to learn about the employers you will be interviewing with. We strongly recommend that you utilize InterviewStream, a mock interview program that will allow you to practice real interview questions and get feedback from CP&P as well as anyone you choose to provide the link to within your own network. You also can sign up for a mock interview with a CP&P counselor through Symplicity. We will be providing additional resources to help ensure that you are set up for a successful virtual experience.
