Beyond A Reasonable Stout connects Penn Law students with Philadelphia’s vibrant craft beer culture. Through brewery tours, tastings, talks, and events, BARS builds community within Penn Law and educates law students about the diverse range of beer styles and brewing processes. BARS also explores craft beer’s connections to community outreach, environmental sustainability, agriculture, and local economies. Ultimately, BARS promotes a heightened awareness of craft brewing as a creative force for economic development and social connection.
