U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren pays tribute to Prof. Stephen Burbank

As part Civil Procedure, Judicial Administration, and the Future of the Field: A Festschrift in Honor of Professor Stephen B. Burbank, United States Senator and former Law School professor Elizabeth Warren shared her recollections of working alongside Burbank, who is the David Berger Professor for the Administration of Justice at the Law School.

Sen. Warren noted that Burbank should be recognized not only for his teaching and scholarship but also for his “hardcore commitment to making the court system better.”
