Mengyun Ma

Bio

Mengyun graduated from Penn Law’s LLM program in 2017, during which she worked as a Research Assistant in the Center for Technology, Innovation and Competition (CTIC) of Penn Law. Before joining Penn Law, Mengyun completed both her Bachelor of Law (Cum Laude) and Master of Law in Constitutional and Administrative Law at Peking University. She has been a Research Assistant at the Constitutional and Administrative Law Center, the Center for Public Participation Studies and Supports, and the Research Center for Education Law of Peking University. She participated in the draft of some University Charters at the request of their university managements, and joined national research projects on administrative law in China. Additionally, Mengyun worked at the Ministry of Education of PRC, and assisted in drafting and amending several national statutes.
