Sin Chit LAI
Bio
Sin Chit LAI (as known as Martin) graduated from the SJD program in 2020. Martin’s research interests are Competition Law and Law & Economics. Prior to his doctoral study, Martin obtained an LLM from the same school, a Juris Master from Tsinghua University, a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong, and some European Union Competition Law training from the University of Munich. He has written and published scholarly works about Antitrust Law. In addition, Martin has worked as a Research Assistant at the Center of Technology, Innovation and Competition (CTIC) under the supervision of Mr. Hendrik M. Wendland, and at the Wharton School under the supervision of Professor Joseph E. Harrington. Martin is a member of the New York State Bar.
