Chao-Tien Chang

Bio

Chao-Tien is a 2010 graduate of the Penn Law LLM program and 2014 graduate of the SJD program. Before coming to Penn Law, she was a PhD student in National Taiwan University, where she also earned a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws. She has several years of experience working as an associate or apprentice attorney for top firms in Taiwan and passed the New York Bar in 2010. At Penn Law she served as Symposium Editor of East Asia Law Review (2011-12) and International Editor of Journal of International Law (2009-10). She is also an active committee member of the North American Taiwan Studies Association (2011-), whose annual conference is one of the most important forums of both Taiwan and Asian Studies in North America.
